Ms. Tiêu Yến Trinh
Founder & CEO“Act locally, think globally” is the guideline and philosophy that Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, the founder and CEO of Talentnet Corporation has constantly followed over the decade since the establishment of Talentnet after separating from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2007.
Being an entrepreneur with a bold vision and charismatic leadership style, she has led Talentnet successfully in cooperation with Mercer and ADP Streamline. Her experience in advisory Boards and C-Suite has helped build human capital agenda and strategies on many levels with an unparalleled depth of understanding of the Vietnamese labor market. This has resulted in strong relationships with top HR professionals, industry leaders, and other key contacts within this field. One of the biggest milestones in her life was when she founded Vietnam HR Awards in 2014 – where the best HR strategies and practices are comprehensively evaluated and awarded.
2019 marks her significant milestone by being in the top 10 of the Red Star Awards – celebrating excellent young entrepreneurs nationwide for marvelous business success and contribution to social activities. In early 2020, she was listed as an Outstanding self-made leader by Forbes Vietnam.
Ms. Trinh is currently the Vice President of Hawee (HCMC Association for Women Executives & Entrepreneurs) and VNHR (Vietnam Human Resources Association), a member of AHDO (ASEAN Human Development Organization), and a member of the Advisory Board of SMU Singapore.


Mr. Andree Mangels
Deputy CEO, Vietnam and International Market GrowthMr. Andree Mangels began his career in the HR services industry in 2006, three years after arriving in Asia. From being a recruitment consultant to leadership positions, he has contributed to and led the success of various HR services firms.

Dr. Sơn Đỗ Lệnh
Deputy CEO, Strategy and TransformationDr. Son Do Lenh holds a distinguished academic background with industry experience on a global scale. Son obtained his PhD from EPFL, Switzerland, accompanied by research projects at Harvard Initiative in Innovative Computing. His expansive industry journey features accomplishments across sectors such as banking, shipping, data, education and consulting. He empowers enterprises to shape the strategy and execution of all transformation-related activities, encompassing business and operating models, agile culture, technologies and digital experience.
Most recently, Son was Head of Experience, Wealth Management Technologies at a prestigious Swiss private bank where he rebuilt its portfolio management platform, one of the most sophisticated in the industry and also offered to 10 other banking and financial groups across the globe.
Previously, he worked for one of the world’s largest shipping companies, where he devised strategies across 20 transformation projects to streamline employee and customer experience in 155 countries. Son also led a digital product team for a startup, playing a pivotal role in its place among the Top 100 Hot Startups worldwide in 2012, an accolade further endorsed by Gartner’s inclusion in the Cool Vendors category.
He received 3 Scientific Awards, including 1 STELLAR Distinct Award and 1 Best Demo Award, a testament to his prowess in inventing cutting-edge technologies in applied settings. The esteemed EUROCONTROL, European Organization for Safety of Air Navigation offered an invitation to conduct research at its Innovative Research unit. He was also a winner of more than 10 other awards, research contests and scholarships, including from the Swiss and Vietnamese governments. He led or contributed to inventions showcased at renowned venues such as the Asia Pacific ICT Awards, Harvard Museum of Natural History, and MoMA – Museum of Modern Art in New York.


Ms. Lý Ngọc Trân

She is fluent in labour & workforce-leasing regulations, and best practices of outsourcing solutions in Vietnam market with more than 20 years of experience. Her strong and insightful knowledge about business set-up, human capital management, HR outsourcing service, HR activities, and workforce management helps her provide efficient, cost-effective, well-tailored, comprehensive outsourcing solutions and excellent services to clients in various industries.
Ms. Ngoc Tran is also known as a guest speaker for events about human capital management, workforce development, HR outsourcing solutions.


Ms. Nguyễn Thị Quỳnh Phương
Head of Human Capital SolutionsWith more than 25 years of experience in the Executive Search and Recruitment fields, Ms. Quynh Phuong is deeply experienced as an HR Advisor, specializes in the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Trading, Sourcing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Maritime, Logistics, Hi-Tech, Construction, Property, Banking & Financial Services industries.
Ms. Quynh Phuong graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Education University, Hue, Vietnam. Throughout her exciting career in the HR field, Ms. Quynh Phuong continues to extend her professional knowledge in HR management and leadership development through international-certified programs.
Ms. Quynh Phuong has conducted many training programs such as Effective Leaders, Competency Based Interview, Leadership, Coaching Skills, Questioning Skill, Assessment Center, Inside Customer Service, and Fundamental Compensation & Benefits, etc. Moreover, she is a keynote speaker in the Education Open House Seminar hosted by the US Consulate and Australian Trade Commission and an advisor for the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Scholarship Program for 5 years.


Ms. Nguyễn Thị An Hà
Head of Marketing & Customer ExperiencesGraduated from Foreign Trade University with a high-achieving ranking in top 3 of the school, Ms. Ha Nguyen has shown her strong can-do spirit together with an entrepreneurship mindset thanks to some honour national and provincial prizes during her university time.
While most of her peers nail their career paths at big and foreign corporates, Ms. Ha Nguyen has found her intensive desire in serving the growth of local companies after her first few years working at several MNCs. “Why not Vietnam?” has become her motto to serve her inner call of making the made-in-Vietnam brand as premium as the foreign ones.
In 2007, Ms. Ha Nguyen together with some colleagues set up the very first Vietnamese company in the HR consulting industry – Talentnet, which is now a leading professional services provider in the market. Embarking on the branding journey for nearly 20 years, she presents herself as an innovative yet result-driven branding strategist with an endless desire to contribute to the new image of marketing for B2B in the professional services sector in Vietnam.
Being the youngest BOD member of the company, Ms. Ha Nguyen is now in charge of not only the branding direction but also strategic transformation projects. She is the initiator of Vietnam HR Awards, the most prestigious HR award for the leading companies in Vietnam and got herself the regional silver award in Best Use of Relationship Marketing B2B, Southeast Asia Market.


Ms. Nguyễn Thị Xuân Hương
Head of People & CultureXuan Huong is a highly respected expert in aligning human resource strategy with corporate values. She is recognized as one of the few pioneering organizational development practitioners in Vietnam.
With over 25 years of experience working in Japanese, British, and Dutch corporations in electronics and FMCG, she brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational and HR transformation, restructuring, HRBP model implementation, talent development, employee engagement, and fostering a learning culture.
Prior to joining Talentnet, Xuan Huong served as Country HR Director at AkzoNobel Vietnam. She is also the Vice President in charge of Training & Development at the Vietnam Human Resources (VNHR) Association.
Xuan Huong holds an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia. Beyond her professional knowledge and experience, she has built a strong local and international network, allowing her to approach challenges with diverse perspectives.
Xuan Huong is passionate about enabling people to grow and enjoys seeing people grow. Her success is measured by the success of the people who have been developed by her.


Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thúy
Head of FinanceWith a solid foundation in finance and more than a decade of executive leadership, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Talentnet Corporation. In this capacity, she leads the company’s financial strategy, oversees enterprise-wide risk management, and optimizes resource allocation to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Ms. Thuy brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in top-tier corporations across the F&B, retail, and education sectors — notably as CEO of Nova F&B and as CFO, Head of Finance, and Head of Audit at various major enterprises. She is highly proficient in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and financial due diligence, contributing significantly to key investment decisions and strategic business planning.
