Purpose of this position:

The Immigration Services Senior Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on immigration processes, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws. This role involves liaising with government agencies, providing expert guidance, and handling complex immigration applications.

Job Accountabilities:

1. Finance

  • Manage financials of each client to achieve a target margin

2. Client excellence

  • Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
  • Have an agile, growth-oriented mindset, curious and purpose-driven
  • Client-serving attitude and ability to work under time pressure
  • Contribute to winning new works by proactive managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients

3. Process/Function

1) External

  • Liaise with relevant authorities to handle applications in a professional manner
  • Develop and maintain effective relationship with relevant authorities and other immigration communities
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes in immigration practice
  • Serve as a primary contact with external vendors, monitor vendor performance to ensure the timely and quality delivery of deliverables

2) Internal

  • Prepare & review of case documents and applications for filing with the relevant authorities;
  • Work with line manager, where applicable, to perform intake of cases, troubleshooting issues and establishing case strategy

3) Receive and validate documents submitted by assignees as per the checklist

4) Assist in document review for various immigration case types

5) Proactively monitor the progression of cases to capture and action next steps

6) Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables

7) Deliver technically and administratively accurate work with mininal supervision and guidance and be accountable for your individual outcome and their impact on the team

8)Assist in training of new team members and identify ways to improve team productivity. Contribute to ad hoc projects, where assigned by line manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics language)
  • 3+ years of working in immigration practice, strong at Client Management, Business Development, Administrative works, Quality control and Schedule planning & Organizing.
  • Knowledge of Labour Code & Insurance Law
  • Good communication skill and customer service skill
  • Good at English communication
  • Growth mindset and one-team mindset

She is highly proficient in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and financial due diligence, contributing significantly to key investment decisions and strategic business planning.

A forward-thinking advocate for digital transformation in finance, Ms. Thuy has successfully spearheaded the implementation of advanced systems such as SAP S/4, FAST, and other enterprise platforms. These initiatives have streamlined financial operations, boosted organizational productivity, and elevated overall business performance.
