Senior Vice President in NatSteel Holdings responsible for NatSteel Upstream business
Mr. Chanra Mohan Verma brings with him more than 27 years’ experience in the area of Operation, Maintenance, Business Excellence and Capital Project Planning and is able to drive more synergy among Tata Steel Group Companies. He is also convenor of Tata Network Forum ASEAN .He represents Singapore in South Asia Iron and Steel Industry (SEAISI) as a member in Technical Committee and Safety and sustainability committee. He is Business excellence practitioner and strongly believes in power of data analytics for excellence in organization.
Ms. Lucy Tan
Chief Human Resource Officer leading team across the geographies where NatSteel operates.
Lucy Tan has more than 25 years as a business-focused senior HR professional leader with thought leadership; and as a results-driven strategic business partner to senior management and business leaders across various global MNCs in the banking/financial, consulting and manufacturing industries.
Lucy is also the SHRI Executive Council, Honorary Secretary and the Champion for National Trade Union Congress.

Senior Country Head of People & Culture and Administration for Dimension Data Singapore.
Ivy joined the company 12 years ago and watched it grow from a small size of 150 employees to about 550 employees currently. Currently, she leads a team of 7 employees to build excellent employee experience and make Dimension Data Singapore a great place to work at.

Ms. Cynthia Lee
Divisional Director of Human Resources & Administration of Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), a statutory board under Ministry of Trade & Industry
She led the HR team to win Singapore HR awards by SHRI from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, SDC was given the HR Champion Award which is accorded when organizations achieve the Corporate HR Awards on at least 3 occasions and has demonstrated continuous, effective, creative and proactive HR and people management practices in many areas of HR to be considered a role model and champion for others to emulate. For guiding the HR team in building a harmonious relationship with the unions, Cynthia was conferred the individual award for Medal of Commendation at NTUC May Day Awards 2015.
She currently sits on SHRI’s Council for 2017- 2019 as Vice-President (Businesses & Partnerships).

Ms. Tai Siew Bee
AVP, Human Capital
Tai, Siew Bee heads the Human Capital Development at SATS Ltd. She has more than 20 years of working experiences in multi-national companies in Japan, China and Singapore in the area of learning and development. Her passion is to create an engaged & performance driven culture in an organization. She is known as an advocator of positive change and innovation.
Siew Bee studied psychology as an undergraduate in the National University of Malaysia, and obtained her master degree in International relations from International University of Japan.
Mr. Bryan Tang
Senior Manager (Human Capital)
Bryan is an organisational psychologist by training and started out his career in the Civil Service College Singapore specialising in the selection and assessment of high potential individuals for scholarships and positions in the Singapore Administrative Service. He subsequently joined another statutory board – SPRING Singapore – and was in-charge of various portfolios like compensation, leadership development and business partnering.
Currently in SATS, he holds concurrent portfolios in Organisation Development and Talent Attraction, Recruitment and Planning. Bryan read psychology as an undergraduate in the National University of Singapore and obtained postgraduates degrees in psychology from the University of Brisbane and University of Melbourne.

Ms. Lim Hwa Choo

Hwa Choo has 20 years of experience in this field within the Information Technologies and Networking industries. She leads the human resources function for Cisco across seven countries in the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Korea. She is also the business HR Partner for the Global Service Provider (GSP) in Asia Pacific & Japan. She is responsible in providing the overall strategic and operational human resource leadership to the Sales organization in achieving its business outcomes by attracting, retaining and developing the best talents. This includes Cisco being ranked #2 Best Company to Work For in Singapore consecutively in 2015 and 2016 by the Great Place To Work Institute.
She was recently listed as one of top HR professionals in HRD Magazine Hot List (Mar 2017) and her HR Team was listed as one of the Best HR Team in Asia (HRD Magazine June 2017).

Over a career spanning more than 37 years, Tat Liang has held senior leadership positions at various MNCs (Symantec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd; IBM Singapore Pte Ltd; Seagate Technology International; Apple Computer Ltd; and Philips Singapore Pte Ltd) across functions spanning end-to-end business value chains. Tat Liang has received 5 Standing Ovation Awards for outstanding leadership, programme management and people management skills including: the Lotus/IBM Asia Pacific Manager Excellence Award in 2000; Most Valuable Virtual Player Award to the Customer Business Operations Team in 2009; and the Local Industry Upgrading Programme (LIUP) Manager Excellence Award by the Economic Development Board of Singapore in 1994.
Tat Liang has been actively involved in social programmes, as coach / mentor to top students in Tampines Junior College and tertiary students under Enactus Singapore. He also sits on the Parents’ Support Group Executive Committee of CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School, and on Yumin Primary School’s Advisory Committee.
