The total compensation of Vietnamese companies are 25% lower than those of Multinational companies, and the biggest gap fell into Management level at 33%. The top 3 industries witnessing the highest salary increase were High Tech (8.6%), Insurance (8.1%) and Life Sciences (7.3%)
