Workshop: “Labour contract and key issues in labour relations”
Taking place in Ho Chi Minh city, on September 7th, 2018, the workshop will go alongside businesses in Vietnam to explore the most updated insights regarding labour law and policies.
The modern economy, with its rapid and expansive integration, is forcing upon businesses a multitude of difficulties, challenges, and fierce competition both locally and internationally. This results in an increase in pressure for both the employee and employer groups. Moreover, in the process of integrating with the world’s economy, not only does labour relations in Vietnam have to abide by Vietnamese laws, it is also influenced and governed by international law, regulations, and the corporation’s code of conduct. This requires the business organizations to stay flexible in the face of change, to catch up with the fluctuating economic environment, to survive and grow sustainably.
Understanding this need to comprehend and get updated in order to effectively comply with legal requirements and policies, while learning from real business cases and best practices, Talentnet has organised a workshop under the theme of
“LABOUR CONTRACT AND KEY ISSUES IN LABOUR RELATIONS”

This is an opportunity for participating businesses to update themselves with issues and legal procedures relating their industries. Additionally, this is a chance for participating guests to directly discuss with guest speakers who are experts in the field:
| Ms. Nguyễn Thị Dân – Chief Representative – Office of the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs, HCMC.
